In a spinning machine, of the auxiliary units of which at least the driven rollers (1, 2, 3, 4) of the drawing frame and the ring rail (11) are equipped with individual drives which are each formed by an electric motor (11, 18) and the speeds of which are adjustable independently of one another, each individual drive (14, 16, 17, 18) is equipped with an angle transmitter (15, 19). The angle transmitters (15, 19) are connected to the actual-value inputs of a positioning processor (21) which constantly compares the actual values with the associated desired values predetermined for it by means of a program and which generates for each individual drive (14, 15, 17, 18) a control quantity taking into account the associated actual-value/desired-value comparison. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Spinnmaschine, von deren Nebenaggregaten zumindest die angetriebenen Walzen (1, 2, 3, 4) des Streckwerkes und die Ringbank (11) mit durch je einen Elektromotor ( 11, 18) gebildeten Einzelantrieben versehen sind, deren Drehzahlen unabhängig voneinander einstellbar sind, ist jeder Einzelantrieb (14, 16, 17, 18) mit einem Winkelgeber (15, 19) versehen. Die Winkelgeber (15, 19) sind an die Istwert-Eingänge eines Positionierprozessors (21) angeschlossen, der ständig die Istwerte mit den zugeordneten, ihm mittels eines Programms vorgegebenen Sollwerten vergleicht und für jeden Einzelantrieb (14, 15 17, 18) eine den zugehörigen Istwert/Sollwert-Vergleich berücksichtigende Steuergröße erzeugt.
