Abstract (en)
A control device for a rotary piston compressor contains a housing (2) and a pressure chamber (6) into which a duct (26) opens. The duct (26) can be connected in particular to a return line (28), which opens into an inlet chamber (4). The object is to be able to predefine the pressure characteristic by simple means at little manufacturing expense. It is proposed that the duct (26) be connected to a housing section (20) which has a rotary slide valve (22) with at least one recess (24, 25, 27). The duct (26) can be connected with a pilot inlet (30) and/or with the return line (28) via this recess (24, 25, 27) according to the angular position of the rotary slide valve (22). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Steuerungsvorrichtung für einen Drehkolbenverdichter enthält ein Gehäuse (2) und eine Druckkammer (6), in welche ein Kanal (26) mündet. Der Kanal (26) ist insbesondere mit einer Rückführleitung (28) verbindbar, welche in eine Einlaßkammer (4) mündet. Bei geringem Fertigungsaufwand soll die Druckcharakteristik in einfacher Weise definiert vorgegeben werden können. Es wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Kanal (26) mit einem Gehäuseteil (20) in Verbindung steht, welches einen Drehschieber (22) mit wenigstens einer Ausnehmung (24, 25, 27) aufweist. Über diese Aufnehmung (24, 25, 27) ist entsprechend der Drehwinkelstellung des Drehschiebers (22) der Kanal (26) mit einem Voreinlaß (30) und/oder mit der Rückführleitung (28) verbindbar.
