A dispensing facility (1) to be operated by pressure actuation has on an actuation handle (22) a foaming device (100) which is mounted from outside as an intrinsically enclosed unit by means of a plug-in connection and has in the flow path a foaming body (75) located essentially on the same axis as the dispensing orifice (80). With the aid of two pumps (2,50), to be actuated simultaneously, both a medium and compressed air are forced, after being mixed together, through the foaming body (75) and are foamed until they reach the outlet opening (80) in a final channel (81). As a result, a very good foam quality is achieved with a simple design. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine manuell durch Druckbetätigung zu bedienende Austragvorrichtung (1) weist an einer Betätigungs-Handhabe (22) eine Schäum-Einrichtung (100) auf, die als in sich geschlossene Baueinheit von außen über eine Steckverbindung befestigt ist und im Strömungsweg einen im wesentlichen achsgleich zur Austragöffnung (80) liegenden Schäumkörper (75) aufweist. Mit Hilfe zweier simultan zu betätigender Pumpen (2, 50) wird durch den Schäumkörper (75) sowohl ein Medium als auch Druckluft nach gemeinsamer Vermischung gepreßt und bis zum Erreichen der Auslaßöffnung (80) in einem Endkanal (81) aufgeschäumt. Dadurch wird bei einfacher Bauweise eine sehr gute Schaumqualität erreicht.
