Abstract (en)
The apparatus is intended for use near a beach or in a port and comprises a float (1) of cellular plastic foam, in which are incorporated waterproof electrical spotlights (2). The float (1) is linked by an articulation (7) to the upper end of a telescopic tube (5) whose lower end is linked by an articulation (8) to a mooring anchor (4) placed on the seabed. One application is the lighting of areas where nocturnal bathing is authorised. <IMAGE>
