Abstract (en)

The device consists of a lever-tensioner (4) to which is attached the cable (13) by means of a sliding piece (6) capable of occupying essentially two positions, one of holding and the other of release. This piece (6) is kept in the holding position by a retractable stop (15). The adjustment of the holding tension is retained. <IMAGE>
