[origin: WO9011263A2] The invention concerns a large composting plant and a new composting process for the automatic production of compost (6, 7). A mobile repiling device with a variable-length conveying system is remote controlled in such a manner that the influx of rotting material is optimized according to throughput and rotting time and the shrinkage of the rotting material is compensated by repeated re-establishment of the total height of the rotting material (7, I). The invention requires less space than conventional plants. Any mechanical action has a loosening effect, because the decomposition device has, for example, upward-acting digging and conveying wheels (5, 8-10). All important parameters for the compost ripening can be controlled both by free programming and by control by the maintenance attendant.

Die neue Erfindung betrifft eine Grosskompostieranlage sowie ein neues Kompostierverfahren zur automatischen Herstellung von Kompost. Ein Umschichtmobil 35 mit längsveränderbarem Fördersystem lässt sich derart fernsteuern, dass der Rottezufluss nach Durchsatz und Rottezeit optimiert und der Rotteschwund durch wiederholtes Wiederherstellen der vollen Rottenhöhe kompensiert wird. Der erforderliche Platzbedarf ist kleiner als bisher. Jeder mechanische Eingriff hat insbesondere dadurch, dass die Abbaueinrichtung z.Bsp. aufwärts arbeitende Grab- und Förderräder 26 aufweist, eine lockernde Wirkung. Alle für die Kompostreifung wichtigen Parameter können sowohl über freie Programmierung wie auch durch Steuerung durch den Anlagewart unter Kontrolle behalten werden.
