[origin: EP0393411A2] The invention relates to a mounting for wings of windows, doors or the like, especially turn-and-tilt wings, with an upper swivel rod of variable length which starts from a pivot bearing located on the frame and terminates in a longitudinal guide of the wing, and in which, to achieve a left-hand/right-hand use of the mounting, two of these parts are mutually reversible. To achieve a solution which is simple and, in particular, advantageous in functional terms, there is a revolving-joint connection between the adjustment end (10) and the swivel-rod portion (17) located on the casement, which connection can be released from a rotationally secured position by displacement of the adjustment end (10). <IMAGE>
