Abstract (en)
The application relates to an intermediate connector (1) for a breathing apparatus end-piece, which is intended to permit connection between a snap-on end-piece (3), comprising a sensor (31) movable in parallel with the axis (5) of the end-piece (3), and a first screw socket (4). It comprises a body (11) provided at one of its ends with a snap-on socket (12) complementing that of the end-piece (3), and provided at the other end with a second screw socket (13) intended to cooperate with the first screw socket (4). It comprises, in addition, an inner ring (14) movable in translation parallel to the axis (5) of the connector (1) between two end positions, the sensor (31) being activated by the inner ring (14) only when the connection is complete and correct. <IMAGE>
