Abstract (en)
Removable electrical plate intended to be used in an induction furnace (9) comprising an inductor (8) and a glass-ceramic plate (23), and provided with a primary electrical circuit (7), comprising an outer heat-conductive surround (1) whose top (2) forms a heating plate and whose base (4) is made of an electrically insulating material. The heating of the said surround is effected by means of at least one electrical resistor (5) powered by a secondary electrical circuit (19) consisting of a choke (6) acting as sensor of the electromagnetic field emitted by the inductor (8) of the induction furnace (9), and mounted in parallel with a capacitor (12), the said circuit being closed in the said electrical resistor (5), the values of the inductance L of the choke (6) and of the capacitance C of the capacitor (12) being chosen so that the oscillating circuit thus defined becomes resonant for a frequency slightly greater than that of the induction circuit (7) of the induction furnace. <IMAGE>
