Abstract (en)
What is described is a door leaf, in particular for a sectional door, consisting of at least two panels articulated one or the other at their end faces and, in the closed state of the door leaf, lying with their wide end faces, or at least portions thereof, opposite one another. In this case, one of the wide end faces has a surface portion of convex curvature, along which is moved, during the relative swivelling of the panels with respect to one another about a hinge pin situated on one side of the door leaf, an edge portion of the opposing wide end face of the articulated panel, while at the same time maintaining a minimum spacing. The panels have an essentially axially symmetrical cross-section and the respective end faces of the mutually articulated panels engage one in the other in the manner of a tongue and groove. In this way, the shaping of the panels alone affords a finger protection on the inner and outer side of the door leaf, the additional advantage of a simplified manufacture and assembly of the door leaf being obtained by the fact that no distinction need be drawn between the inner and outer side of the door leaf, either in respect of the arrangement of the seal or of the hinge pin. <IMAGE>

Beschrieben wird ein Torblatt, insbesondere für ein Sektionaltor, aus zumindest zwei stirnseitig aneinander gelenkten Paneelen (2,4), die im Schließzustand des Torblatts zumindest abschnittsweise mit ihren Stirnbreitseiten einander gegenüber liegen. Eine der Stirnbreitseiten hat dabei einen konvex gekrümmten Oberflächenabschnitt (14), entlang dem sich bei Relativverschwenkung der Paneele (2,4) zueinander um eine auf einer Seite des Torblatts liegende Gelenkachse (42) ein Randabschnitt der gegenüber liegenden Stirnbreitseite des angelenkten Paneels (4) unter Aufrechterhaltung eines Mindestabstandes verschiebt. Die Paneele (2,4) weisen einen im wesentlichen achsensymmetrischen Querschnitt auf und die jeweiligen Stirnseiten der aneinander gelenkten Paneele (2,4) greifen nut- und federartig ineinander. Auf diese Weise wird allein durch die Formgebung der Paneele (2,4) ein Fingerschutz auf der Innen- und der Außenseite des Torblatts bereitgestellt, wobei sich der zusätzliche Vorteil einer vereinfachten Herstellung und Montage des Torblatts ergibt, weil zwischen Innen- und Außenseite des Torblatts weder hinsichtlich der Anordnung der Dichtung (48) noch der Scharniergelenkachse (42) unterschieden werden muß. <IMAGE>
