[origin: EP0395456A1] The technical sector of the invention is that of devices making the connection between a first and a second section of a gyrostabilised projectile, these sections being intended to separate on the trajectory. The device according to the invention comprises at least one locking means and a first profile (11) carried by the first section and coming into contact with a second profile (12) complementary with the preceding one and integral with the second section, and it is characterised in that the first and second profiles do not have geometrical symmetry in relation to the axis (15) of the projectile (1), and in that, after the two sections have been joined together, the centre of gravity of the assembly thus formed is in the axis of the projectile.
