Laundry drying and/or washing machine with a rotary drum and with a lint filter, characterised in that it comprises a lint filter (20, 42) having meshed apertures or holes, allowing small particles of lint of predetermined size to pass through, and a shape projecting towards the inside of the drum (3, 28) which, during a drying of the laundry, is conducive to controlled and deliberate contact with the laundry moving in this drum and which brings about a cleaning of its surface and a deliberate and repeated fragmentation of the lint retained by this filter into small particles by this moving laundry. <IMAGE>
