[origin: WO8906773A1] A cooking apparatus ventilation system which evacuates smoke and vapors to allow indoor cooking. Air is evacuated through ventilation channels (70, 72) which surround all but one side of the cooking surface (80). A layer or air is directed from the fourth side across the cooking surface (80) to push the smoke and vapor into the ventilation channels (70, 72).

Un système de ventilation pour appareil de cuisson évacue la fumée et les vapeurs et permet ainsi la cuisson à l'intérieur. De l'air est évacué par les canaux de ventilation (70, 72) qui entourent la totalité à l'exception d'un côté de la surface de cuisson (80). Une couche d'air est dirigée à partir du quatrième côté en travers de la surface de cuisson (80) afin de pousser la fumée et les vapeurs dans les canaux de ventilation (70, 72).
