Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a vibratory separator (1). According to the invention, in order to increase the throughput and to improve the selectivity, it is provided that the two rows (A, B) of vibratory surfaces (11, 21) are connected in series, as is known with individual surfaces, the vibratory direction (f) of the two rows being the same, the inclination of the surfaces of the two rows being however different. In an advantageous embodiment in which the overall separating efficiency is increased, the inclination of the surfaces (11) of the first (upper) row (A) with respect to the horizontal is smaller than the inclination of the vibratory direction (f). In a different embodiment, it is provided in order to increase the throughput with a constant overall separating efficiency that the surfaces (21) of the second row (B) have a flatter and a steeper section and are downwardly concave. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vibrationstrennvorrichtung (1). Erfindungsgemäß ist zur Erhöhung des Durchsatzes und zur Verbesserung der Trennschärfe vorgesehen, daß zwei Reihen (A, B) von Schwingböden (11, 21) in Serie geschaltet werden, wie es bei Einzelböden bekannt ist, wobei die Schwingrichtung (f) der beiden Reihen gleich, die Neigung der Böden der beiden Reihen aber unterschiedlich ist. In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung, bei der der Gesamttrennwirkungsgrad erhöht wird, ist die Neigung der Böden (11) der ersten (oberen) Reihe (A) zur Horizontalen kleiner als die Neigung der Schwingrichtung (f). In einer anderen Ausgestaltung ist zur Erhöhung des Durchsatzes bei gleichbleibendem Gesamttrennwirkungsgrad vorgesehen, daß die Böden (21) der zweiten Reihe (B) einen flacheren und einen steileren Abschnitt aufweisen und nach unten konkav sind.
