[origin: WO9005096A1] A sealing arrangement for an adhesive dispenser comprises a plug (7) for removing the air from a barrel of the dispenser when introduced thereto and a sealing stopper (23) for engagement with the plug (7) which prevents air from being re-introduced into the barrel or the contents of the barrel escaping therefrom as the stopper (23) is moved into engagement with the plug (7).
