[origin: EP0398020A2] The invention relates to an internal gear pump with an internally toothed gear (2) and intermeshing with it a pinion (3), in which a filling piece (8) is inserted in the lunate space between these two gears. In order to prevent wobbling of the filling piece (8) and the noises associated with this, it is proposed, by means of hydraulic oil introduced from the pressure chamber (D) into a slot (13) in the one plane side, to press the other plane side of the filling piece (8) against the pump housing (1).
