In order to ensure that the ability of the rollers to draw in material is improved, in particular for carrying out the material bed milling in the roller gap of a high-pressure roller mill, especially if fines also such as sifted grit of high loose porosity have to be drawn into the roller gap, and in order thus to increase, among other things, the mass throughput capacity of the roller mill and to obtain further advantages, it is proposed according to the invention to arrange at least one pre-compacting roller (15 or 21) in the area above at least one of the two milling rollers (10 or 11) for pre-compacting the feed material before it is drawn into the roller gap. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Um insbesondere zum Zwecke der Durchführung der Gutbettzerkleinerung im Walzenspalt einer Hochdruck-Walzenpresse dafür zu sorgen, daß das Guteinzugsvermögen der Walzen verbessert wird, besonders wenn in den Walzenspalt auch Feingut wie Sichtergrieße hoher Lockerporosität eingezogen werden müssen, und um damit unter anderem auch die Massendurchsatzleistung der Walzenpresse zu steigern und weitere Vorteile zu erzielen, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, im Bereich oberhalb wenigstens einer der beiden Pressenwalzen (10 bzw. 11) wenigstens eine Vorverdichterwalze (15 bzw. 21) zur Vorverdichtung des Aufgabegutes vor dessen Einzug in den Preßwalzenspalt anzuordnen.
