Abstract (en)
The aim is to design a gas heating installation, which is suitable in particular for tiled stoves, with a simple and expedient construction in such a manner that the advantages of tiled stoves, that is to say high thermal comfort by means of a high proportion of radiant heat and free design possibilities of the tiled stove, are also maintained in the case of firing with gas. This is achieved, by using gas heating elements (1) with a radiant burner (7) and with a cover plate, preferably made of a heat-resistant, transparent material, such as glass ceramic or the like, in that each gas heating element (1) has on its housing underside and its housing upper side insertion connections (20, 21) aligned coaxially with one another, such as pins, sleeves or the like, which interact with coaxially aligned bearing points on a lower support frame (23) and an upper waste gas collector (24) parallel thereto, the support frame (23) and the waste gas collector (24) being connected by a front panel frame (25) and each gas heating element being pivotable and fixable about the vertical axis (26) defined by the bearing points. As a result of this, the gas heating elements, in relation to the support frame and the waste gas collector, can according to requirements be freely rotated, fixed and thus optimally aligned in a simple manner onto the inner walls of the tiled stove which are to be heated. This makes possible optimal individual action upon the inner tiled stove surfaces by radiant heat and opens up very variable possibilities of use in the most different tiled stove shapes, with simple installation and removal using a small number of standardised components. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Es geht darum eine Gasheizvorrichtung, die insbesondere für Kachelöfen geeignet ist, in einfacher und zweckmäßiger Bauweise so auszubilden, daß auch bei der Feuerung mit Gas die Vorteile von Kachelöfen, nämlich hohe thermische Behaglichkeit durch einen hohen Anteil von Strahlungswärme und freie Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten des Kachelofens, erhalten bleiben. Dies wird durch Einsatz von Gasheizelementen (1) mit einem Strahlungsbrenner (7) und mit einer Abdeckplatte, vorzugsweise aus einem temperaturbeständigen, transparenten Werkstoff, wie Glaskeramik oder dergleichen, dadurch erreicht, daß jedes Gasheizelement (1) an seiner Gehäuseunterseite und an seiner Gehäuseoberseite koaxial miteinander ausgerichtete Steckverbindungen (20, 21), wie Zapfen, Hülsen oder dergleichen aufweist, die mit koaxial ausgerichteten Lagerstellen an einem unteren Tragrahmen (23) und einem dazu parallelen oberen Abgassammler (24) zusammenwirken, wobei der Tragrahmen (23) und der Abgassammler (24) durch einen Frontplattenrahmen (25) verbunden sind und jedes Gasheizelement um die durch die Lagerstellen definierte senkrechte Achse (26) schwenkbar und feststellbar ist. Hierdurch können die Gasheizelemente gegenüber dem Tragrahmen und dem Abgassammler nach Bedarf frei gedreht, fixiert und somit in einfacher Weise auf die zu beheizenden Innenwände des Kachelofens optimal ausgerichtet werden. Dies ermöglicht eine optimale individuelle Beaufschlagung der inneren Kachelofenflächen mit Strahlungswärme und eröffnet sehr variable Einsatzmöglichkeiten in unterschiedlichsten Kachelofenformen bei leichtem Ein- und Ausbau unter Verwendung weniger standardisierter Komponenten.
