Abstract (en)
The device serves for the continuous making of packages of groups of biscuits standing on end which are wrapped by means of a tube with a lengthwise thin weld and two transverse fins. The foremost and rearmost biscuits of the individual groups (3, 3') are, during a first transportation, retained by rotating fingers (11, 12') until the supporting is taken over by the tube as the second transporting means. Tube folding means (4) are provided on one side of the conveying plane. In the end region of the first transporting means (1, 6), but on the other side of the conveying plane, there is a suction chamber (5) which is connected to a suction device (15, 16) in order to generate a subatmospheric pressure in the interior of the tube and thus press the tubular film (20) against the edges of the biscuits. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Vorrichtung dient der kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Packungen von Gruppen hochkant stehender Biscuits, die mit einem Schlauch mit Flossenlängsnaht und zwei Querflossen umhüllt werden. Das vorderste und das hinterste Biscuit der einzelnen Gruppen (3, 3') werden während eines ersten Transportes solange von umlaufenden Fingern (11, 12') gehalten, bis die Stützung durch den Schlauch als zweites Transportmittel übernommen wird. An der einen Seite der Förderebene sind Schlauchfaltmittel (4) vorhanden. Im Endbereich des ersten Transportmittels (1, 6), jedoch an der anderen Seite der Förderebene befindet sich eine Saugkammer (5), die mit einer Saugeinrichtung (15, 16) verbunden ist, um einen Unterdruck im Schlauchinnenraum zu erzeugen und dadurch die Schlauchfolie (20) an die Kanten der Biscuits zu pressen.
