[origin: WO9005002A1] Stringing for tennis, badminton or like rackets comprises individual, mutually parallel, transverse and longitudinal strings arranged at a distance apart, which cross to form a predetermined, linen weave-type network. The cut ends of the strings, which extend beyond the frame, serve to attach the individual strings to the frame. The strings are maintained in their relative positions by means of a removable alignment device.

Ce cordage consiste en des cordes latérales et des cordes longitudinales; ces deux séries de cordes sont parallèles entre elles, mais agencées à une certaine distance les unes des autres, et se croisent pour constituer un réseau prédéterminé formé à la manière d'une toile; leurs extrémités coupées qui dépassent à l'extérieur servent à la fixation corde par corde sur un cadre de raquette; la position relative des cordes est maintenue grâce à un dispositif d'alignement amovible.
