The device for chocking panes (25) in door or window frames, particularly in sash frames, has a pane chock (12) and a wedge piece (13), of approximately the same length, which can be assembled therewith perpendicularly to the plane of the pane. In order to allow simple crosswise chocking of glass panes without causing undesirable stresses in the glass pane (25), the device is so designed that the wedge piece (13) can be inserted into a recess (14) of the pane chock (12) which is open perpendicularly to the plane of the pane and situated below the pane supporting wall (17). <IMAGE>

Einrichtung zur Verklotzung von Scheiben (25) in Tür- oder Fensterrahmen, insbesondere in Sprossenrahmen, mit einem Scheibenklotz (12) und einem senkrecht zur Scheibenebene damit zusammenbaubaren, etwa gleichlangen Keilstück (13). Um zu erreichen, daß eine einfache Querverklotzung von Glasscheiben möglich ist, ohne unerwünschte Spannungen in der Glasscheibe (25) zu bewirken, ist die Einrichung so ausgebildet, daß das Keilstück (13) in eine senkrecht zur Scheibenebene offene, unterhalb der Scheibenabstützwand (17) gelegene Ausnehmung (14) des Scheibenklotzes (12) einsetzbar ist.
