The baking, roasting and grilling oven (1) has two blowers (14, 15) and a screen (11) shielding the blowers from the cooking space (7), which screen has at least one deflection member (23) to deflect the air flow produced by the blower out of a direction parallel to the direction of insertion of the item. The deflection member (23) is designed as a tube, single flap or double flap and is preferably adjustable in orientation. It is arranged in the region of the central longitudinal axis of the cooking space (7). The screen (11) has at the top and at the bottom a passage for the return of the air to the blowers. Additionally, a radiator (17, 18) is arranged in each case in the region of the floor (8) and of the roof (9), which radiators can be switched in a programmable manner. This oven takes account of all current practices and wishes. It represents a more far-reaching optimisation for the most practicable satisfaction of all requirements. <IMAGE>

Der Back-, Brat- und Grillofen (1) hat zwei Gebläse (14, 15) und eine die Gebläse gegen den Garraum (7) abschirmende Blende (11), welche mindestens ein Lenkorgan (23) zum Ablenken des vom Gebläse erzeugten Luftstromes aus einer zur Guteinschieberichtung parallelen Richtung aufweist. Das Lenkorgan (23) ist als Rohr, Ein- oder Doppelklappe ausgebildet und vorzugsweise richtungsverstellbar. Es ist im Bereich der Mittellängsachse des Garraumes (7) angeordnet. Die Blende (11) weist oben und unten einen Durchgang für die Rückführung der Luft zu den Gebläsen auf. Ferner ist im Bereich des Bodens (8) und der Decke (9) je ein Heizregister (17, 18) angeordnet, welche programmiert schaltbar sind. Dieser Ofen trägt all den heutigen Gepflogenheiten und Wünschen Rechnung. Er stellt eine weitergehende Optimierung zu tunlichster Befriedigung aller Ansprüche dar.
