Abstract (en)
In subsequent treatment of freshly spun fibres (6) in cable form using a washing pipe, a double injector consisting of an upper and a lower injector unit (2, 3) is used for the guiding and transport. The advantage is that in first step, namely in the upper injector unit (2), the fibre cable (6) is immersed under slight pressure in the moving medium and only in the lower injector unit (3) does the necessary quantity of fluid grip the fibre cable (6) and entrain it under higher pressure. This prevents damage to the fibres.

Zur Nachbehandlung von frisch gesponnenen Fasern (6) in Kabelform mittels Rohrwäsche wird zur Führung und zum Transport ein Doppelinjektor, bestehend aus einer oberen und einer unteren Injektoreinheit (2, 3), eingesetzt. Dieser hat den Vorteil, daß in einem ersten Schritt , nämlich in der oberen Injektoreinheit (2), das Faserkabel (6) unter geringem Druck in das bewegte Medium eingebettet wird und erst in der unteren Injektoreinheit (3) die benötigte Flüssigkeitsmenge unter höherem Druck das Faserkabel (6) erfaßt und weiterfährt. Faserbeschädigungen werden auf diese Weise vermieden.
