Abstract (en)
An intake air filter with a filter insert arranged in a housing is proposed. The housing has an untreated air inlet and an aperture for introduction of the filter insert, the filter insert having a sealing face, parallel to the plane of the aperture, which seals off the clean air side. This sealing face is applied to a sealing face arranged on a bearing part (10) with a sealing ring (19) inserted between them and the housing fixed to the bearing part. In order to prevent any shear movement on the sealing ring when attaching the housing (12) onto the bearing part, a slideway (16) is provided on the bearing part, in which a slide shoe (17) arranged on the housing engages. Also located on the housing is a spacer (20) which ensures that the housing can only be applied to the bearing part when the two sealing faces are in a correct attitude in relation to one another. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Es wird ein Ansaugluftfilter mit einem in einem Gehäuse angeordneten Filtereinsatz vorgeschlagen. Das Gehäuse weist einen Rohlufteinlaß und eine Öffnung zum Einführen des Filtereinsatzes auf, wobei der Filtereinsatz parallel zur Ebene der Öffnung eine Dichtfläche besitzt, welche die Reinluftseite abdichtet. Diese Dichtfläche wird an einer an einem Anlageteil (10) angeordneten Dichtfläche unter Zwischenschaltung eines Dichtringes (19) angelegt und das Gehäuse an dem Anlageteil befestigt. Zur Vermeidung einer Scherbewegung auf den Dichtring beim Anbau des Gehäuses (12) an das Anlageteil, ist an dem Anlageteil eine Gleitführung (16) vorgesehen, in welche ein Gleitschuh (17), der an dem Gehäuse angeordnet ist, eingreift. Außerdem befindet sich an dem Gehäuse ein Abstandshalter (20), welcher dafür sorgt, daß das Gehäuse erst dann an das Anlageteil angelegt werden kann, wenn die korrekte Lage der beiden Dichtflächen zueinander gewährleistet ist.
