Um eine kraftgetriebene Schraubwerkzeugmaschine mit einem in einem Gehäuse (10) angeordneten Antrieb (12), mit einem Schraubwerkzeug (34) und mit einer Einschraubtiefenabschaltung, umfassend einen eine Einschraubtiefe festlegenden und am Gehäuse gehaltenen Tiefenanschlag (68) sowie eine zwischen dem Antrieb und der Werkzeugantriebswelle (24) angeordnete und durch Axialverschiebung der Werkzeugantriebswelle von einer Ruhestellung in Richtung des Antriebs in eine Arbeitsstellung überführbare Kupplung (22), welche ein von dem Antrieb angetriebenes Kupplungselement (104) und ein mit der Werkzeugantriebswelle verbundenes Kupplungselement (100) sowie ein zwischen diesem Kupplungselement angeordnetes Zwischenkupplungselement (102) aufweist, wobei das Zwischenkupplungselement mit einem ersten der Kupplungselemente eine Mitnahmekupplung sowie eine Auslösekupplung bildet, derart zu verbessern, daß diese neben einer Einschraubtiefenabschaltung auch eine Einschraubdrehmomentabschaltung aufweist, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Einschraubtiefenabschaltung in eine die Auslösekupplung als drehmomentbegrenzendes Element einbeziehende Einschraubdrehmomentabschaltung umschaltbar ist.
