Abstract (en)
A method is proposed for coating formwork panels (2) of plywood for concrete formwork which makes the panels more resistant and able to be used twice as often as hitherto. A primer coat is applied in liquid form to the bare panels (2) and is made to set, and then a top coat is applied by blowing fine-grained hard granules onto a sprayed-on, still liquid lower top coat, immediately following this by spraying on an upper top coat of the same coating product as the lower top coat, after which the top coat as a whole is made to set. For applying the top coat, all the formwork elements (8) are passed under a multiple spray head (14) which runs back and forth in the transverse direction and on which a first spray nozzle (19), a blowing tube (18) for the granules and a second spray nozzle (17) are arranged at equal intervals one after the other in the running direction (13). The two liquid coating products are prepared according to specifically prescribed formulations. <IMAGE>

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Beschichtung von Schalplatten (2) aus Sperrholz für Betonschalungen vorgeschlagen, das diese widerstandsfähiger und etwa doppelt so oft verwendbar macht wie bisher bekannt. Auf die rohen Platten (2) wird eine Grundschicht flüssig aufgebracht, ausgehärtet, und sodann eine Deckschicht aufgebracht in der Weise, daß auf eine aufgespritzte, noch flüssige untere Deckschicht ein feinkörniges hartes Granulat aufgeblasen und unmittelbar anschließend eine obere Deckschicht aus dem gleichen Beschichtungswerkstoff wie die untere Deckschicht aufgespritzt wird, wonach die Deckschicht insgesamt aushärtet. Zum Aufbringen der Deckschicht läßt man die gesamten Schalelemente (8) unter einem in Querrichtung hin und her gehenden Mehrfachspritzkopf (14) durchlaufen, an dem in Laufrichtung (13) in gleichen Abständen hintereinander eine erste Spritzdüse (19), ein Blasrohr (18) für das Granulat und eine zweite Spritzdüse (17) angeordnet sind. Die beiden flüssigen Beschichtungswerkstoffe werden nach im einzelnen angegebenen Rezepturen zusammengemischt.
