Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a process for improving the surface characteristics of steel sheets which have a corrosion coating of an aluminium/zinc alloy. Experience has shown that the surface of these sheets is nonuniform, so that subsequent even coating is not directly possible. However, in order to render the surface sufficiently uniform to permit coating to be carried out, zinc dust is blown into the coating before it has solidified, the zinc dust suppressing the formation of a structure. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Verbesserung der Oberflächenbeschaffenheit von Stahlblechen, die einen Korrosionsüberzug aus einer Aluminium-Zink-Legierung haben. Erfahrungsgemäß ist die Oberfläche dieser Bleche nicht einheitlich, so daß eine gleichmäßige anschließende Beschichtung nicht ohne weiteres durchzuführen ist. Um die Oberfläche jedoch so weit zu vereinheitlichen, daß eine Beschichtung durchgeführt werden kann, wird in den noch nicht erstarrten Überzug Zinkstaub geblasen, der das Aufkommen einer Strukturausbildung unterbindet.
