[origin: JPH0314662A] PURPOSE: To provide the subject tool that does not come loose even after a long operation under high dynamic stress by rigidly anchoring an end of a control spring on a shank in a secure manner against rotation. CONSTITUTION: This tool comprises forming a slot-like opening at a lower narrow side 1a of a shank 1 and fixing an end 9 of a narrow elongated control spring 5 in a recess 8. A broader anchorage section at an end 9 is formed by pressing and fixed in a grooved crevice joining to a throttled opening without any space and the end 9 is also fixed on the side wall without any space. The fixed part is locked by edging i.e., deformation of edge part of the grooved crevice.
