Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0402629A2] The invention relates to an underroofing having heat insulating slabs laid on roof laths. According to the invention, a slab central part (8) has a greater thickness than the edges, facing the slab centre, of ridge- and eaves-side, wedge-shaped slab parts (2, 3), the ridge-side slab part (2) merging into the slab central part (8) by way of an upper-side step (20) and the eaves-side slab part (3) merging into it by way of an underside step (6) supported on the ridge-side side face (11) of the roof lath (12) concerned. The lateral slab edges form a side groove (25) which begins at a distance from the ridge-side slab edge (9) in the ridge-side slab part (2), extends over the slab central part (8) and ends at a distance from the eaves-side slab edge (19) in the eaves-side slab part (3), and which in the process rises at an acute angle to the plane (10) of the roof lath. Thus, a heat insulating slab design which is of low susceptibility to damage and provides a sealed underroofing is possible. <IMAGE>
