[origin: WO8906092A1] A device for manufacturing products based on cereals cooked under pressure and then puffed comprises a mould consisting of a die and punch which move relative to each other. A mobile element of the mould is actuated by a system of levers which is acted on by a driving means capable of continuous movement and which moves the elements of the mould relative to each other between an open position, a pressure-cooking position, and a puffing position in which the mould elements are not yet open. The device is also provided with a device for dosing the raw materials and extracting the finished products.

Dispositif pour la fabrication de produits à base de céréales cuites sous pression, et ensuite expansées, dans un moule constitué d'une matrice et d'un poinçon mobiles relativement l'un à l'autre, un élément mobile de ce moule étant actionné au moyen d'un système de leviers sur lequel agit un moyen d'entraînement pouvant être mû d'un mouvement continu, et déplaçant relativement les éléments du moule entre une position ouverte, une position de cuisson sous pression et une position d'expansion dans laquelle les éléments du moule ne sont pas encore ouverts, et muni d'un dispositif de dosage de matières premières et d'extraction des produits finis.
