In the coating blade 1 which is bent in an S-shape by means of a pressure strip 9 for the purpose of applying its pressing force, for the purpose of profile correction an additional force of the profile correcting device 2 is exerted by means of magnets 4, 5. This additional force preferably acts counter to the main pressing force F. In this way, a change in the geometry of the coating blade in the contact area, i.e. in the area of its coating edge, is prevented from occurring by the profile correcting device. <IMAGE>

Bei der mittels Druckleiste 9 zwecks Aufbringen deren Preßkraft S-förmig gebogenen Streichklinge 1 wird zur Profilkorrektur eine Zusatzkraft der Profilkorrektureinrichtung 2 mittels Magneten 4, 5 ausgeübt. Diese Zusatzkraft wirkt vorzugsweise entgegen der Hauptanpreßkraft F. Auf diese Weise wird verhindert, daß durch die Profilkorrektureinrichtung eine Änderung der Geometrie der Streichklinge im Anliegebereich, d.h. im Bereich ihrer Streichkante auftritt.
