[origin: EP0403804A1] A device for coating the inner surface of hollow spaces, in particular of an automobile body, is provided, said device having a spray gun (10) having a nozzle probe plug-in coupling (16) and a spray amount trigger device and having nozzle probes (11) which are connected to the spray gun (10) and each of which probes is assigned to a specific hollow space (H), and consists of a nozzle tube (18) with plug-in end (19), nozzle end and positioning stop (21), in which device an amount of spray is emitted, or can be emitted, only if the positioning stop is completely in contact with the hollow space outer wall. This is achieved by providing the positioning stop with at least one contact sensor (24, 17, 40) which is in operative connection with the spray amount trigger device of the spray gun (10). <IMAGE>
