An electrical appliance is intended to be designed such that tension or compression forces acting on the power supply cable (12) are not transmitted onto the plug connection to the current loads, without the power supply cable (12) being fixedly clamped. The contact tongues (16) project opposite the end face associated with the power supply cable (12) and engage in contact sockets of a contact plate mounted on the base (11). The insulating body (15) is held by a plurality of latching hooks (17), integrally formed on the base (11). The insulating body (15) is produced from plastic, by injection moulding. 2.1 Ein Elektrogerät soll so gestaltet werden, daß auf das Stromzuführungskabel (12) einwirkende Zug- oder Druckkräfte nicht auf die Steckverbindung zu den Stromverbrauchern übertragen werden, ohne daß das Stromzuführungskabel (12) festgeklemmt wird. Die Montage soll außerdem ohne manuelle Handgriffe durchführbar sein. 2.2 Das Stromzuführungskabel (12) endet in einem ein oder mehrteiligen Isolierkörper (15), in den mit den Leitern des Stromozuführungskabels (12) verbundene Kontaktzungen eingebettet sind. Die Kontaktzungen (16) stehen gegenüber der dem Stromzuführungskabel (12) zugeordneten Stirnfläche vor und greifen in Kontaktbuchsen einer am Boden (11) befestigten Kontaktplatte ein. Der Isolierkörper (15) wird durch mehrere am Boden (11) angeformte Rasthaken (17) gehalten. Der Isolierkörper (15) wird aus Kunststoff durch Spritzgießen hergestellt. Sofern der Isolierkörper (15) aus zwei Isolierkörperteilen (18, 19) besteht, können diese durch ein Filmscharnier und einen Rasthaken (20), ausschließlich durch Rasthaken, durch Schrauben, Niete, Klebung oder Verschmelzung miteinander verbunden werden. 2.3 Das erfindungsgemäße Elektrogerät wird vorzugsweise im Haushalt verwendet.
