The invention relates to an offset printing machine having a damping unit and an inking unit which has an ink metering device for adjusting an ink profile, the inking unit and the damping unit having in each case at least one application roller which can be displaced in the contact position relative to a printing forme. In order to produce an ink profile which approximates to running-on and to reduce waste paper, it is proposed that, to produce an ink profile, which approximates to running-on, permanently or temporarily during the inlet of the ink taking place prior to the commencement of printing or during a stoppage or blanket washing process interrupting the running-on process, the application rollers (34) are displaced by a control device (35) into the contact position on the printing forme (32). Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Offset-Druckmaschine mit einem Feucht- und einem Farbwerk, das eine Farbdosiereinrichtung zum Einstellen eines Farbprofils aufweist, wobei das Farb- und das Feuchtwerk jeweils mindestens eine in Anlagestellung zu einer Druckform verlagerbare Auftragwalze aufweist. Zur Erzeugung eines dem Fortdruck nahen Farbprofils und Reduzierung von Makulatur wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Auftragwalzen (34) zur Erzeugung eines dem Fortdruck nahen Farbprofils dauernd oder zeitweise wahrend des vor Druckbeginn erfolgenden Einlaufens der Farbe oder während eines den Fortdruckprozeß unterbrechenden Stoppers bzw. Gummituch-Waschvorgangs von einer Steuervorrichtung (35) in Anlagestellung an die Druckform (32) verlagert sind. Ferner wird ein entsprechendes Verfahren beschrieben.
