Abstract (en)

A loudspeaker device is proposed which has at least one loudspeaker attached in an opening of an enclosure, with at least one further enclosure opening which has such a size, particularly area and depth, that, as such, it provides resonance with the enclosure volume (Vb) at at least the natural frequency (Fs) of the free loudspeaker, the opening with flow-limiting material contained in it forming a first tuning unit and with at least one further tuning unit formed of another opening and, if necessary, plugs or similar of acoustically resistive material, which is tuned to a frequency which is different from the resonant frequency caused by the first tuning unit and is distinctly below the natural frequency (fs) of the loudspeaker.

Es wird eine Lautsprechervorrichtung vorgeschlagen mit wenigstens einen in einer Öffnung eines Gehäuses angebrachten Lautsprecher, mit mindestens einer weiteren Gehäuseöffnung, die eine Größe, insbesondere Fläche und Tiefe hat, daß sie als solche Resonanz mit dem Gehäusevolumen (Vb) bei mindestens der Eigenfrequenz (Fs) des freien Lautsprechers gibt, wobei die Öffnung mit in ihr enthaltenem strömungsbegrenzendem Material eine erste Abstimmeinheit bildet und mit wenigstens einer aus einer weiteren Öffnung und gegebenenfals Pfropfen oder ähnlichem aus akustisch resistivem Material gebildeten weiteren Abstimmeinheit, die auf eine Frequenz abgestimmt ist, die unterschiedlich zu der von der ersten Abstimmeinheit bewirkten Resonanzfrequenz ist und deutlich unter der Eigenfrequenz (fs) des Lautsprechers liegt. <IMAGE>
