The invention relates to a device for shrinking a shrinkable hood drawn over a stack of goods, with a conveyor for the stack of goods and a shrinking frame that can be moved up and down, it being possible for the shrinking frame to be moved upwards in particular from a lower position of rest in order to pre-warm the shrinkable hood, and the shrinkable hood then to be shrunk during a downward movement of the shrinking frame. In order to avoid idle strokes of the shrinking frame and to increase the efficiency of the device, the conveyor is to be interrupted and recesses (7) for corresponding sections of the shrinking frame are to be formed between adjacent conveyor sections (1, 2), the shrinking frame being below the conveying level in the position of rest. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Schrumpfen einer über einen Gutstapel gezogenen Schrumpfhaube mit einem Förderer für den Gutstapel und einem aufund abbeweglichen Schrumpfrahmen, wobei der Schrumpfrahmen insbesondere aus einer unteren Ruhestellung zur Vorwärmung der Schrumpfhaube nach oben bewegt wird und die Schrumpfhaube dann bei einer Abwärtsbewegung des Schrumpfrahmens geschrumpft wird. Um Leerhübe des Schrumpfrahmens zu vermeiden und die Leistungsfähigkeit der Vorrichtung zu steigern, soll der Förderer unterbrochen sein und sollen zwischen benachbarten Fördererabschnitten (1,2) Aufnahmen (7) für entsprechende Abschnitte des Schrumpfrahmens gebildet sein, der sich in Ruhestellung unterhalb der Förderebene befindet.
