Abstract (en)
The powered screwdriver has a gearbox 4 which is actuated as a function of torque and has two drive branches of different transmission ratio. The two drive branches are switched on or off by two couplings 32, 48, each one of which is arranged in a drive branch. Both couplings have a common moveable coupling part 36 which is pretensioned in such a way that one of the two couplings is always engaged and the other coupling disengaged. Planetary gears 21, 26 are used in the gearbox 4 to obtain a compact design. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Kraftschrauber weist ein drehmomentabhängig betätigtes Schaltgetriebe (4) mit zwei Antriebszweigen mit unterschiedlichem Übersetzungsverhältnis auf. Die Zu- oder Abschaltung der beiden Antriebszweige erfolgt durch zwei Kupplungen (32,48), von denen je eine in einem Antriebszweig angeordnet ist. Beide Kupplungen weisen ein gemeinsames bewegbares Kupplungsteil (36) auf, welches derart vorgespannt ist, daß immer eine der beiden Kupplungen in Eingriff und die andere Kupplung außer Eingriff ist. Zur Erzielung einer kompakten Bauform werden in dem Schaltgetriebe (4) Planetengetriebe (21,26) verwendet.
