1 - Electrode earthing post characterised in that it is composed of one or more rod segments (1, 1', 1'') whose ends have a form enabling them to be forcibly fitted into each other, with longitudinal centring, as it is pushed into the ground until obtaining the desired post length and one part forming a self-connecting head (9) being forcibly fitted, with longitudinal centring, onto the final post segment, this self-connecting head being designed so as to connect an electrical conductor (17) by mechanically jamming into an opening (13) provided in the said head. <IMAGE>
