Abstract (en)
In order to fill bags with bulk material, in particular with cereal products, expandable shaping elements (46, 47; 48, 49) are jointly pushed into the aperture of a bag (42) which was folded flat. The bag (50), with the inserted shaping elements, is introduced into a rigid packaging (52). The shaping elements (46, 47) are expanded, in order to widen the bag (42), the bag being filled with the bulk material between the expanded shaping elements. Finally, the shaping elements are retracted from the bag. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Zum Füllen von Beuteln mit Schüttgut, insbesondere mit Zerealienprodukten, werden spreizbare Ausformelemente (46,47;48,49) in die Oeffnung eines flachgefalteten Beutels (42) gemeinsam eingestossen. Der Beutel (50) wird mit eingesteckten Ausformelementen in eine steife Verpackung (52) eingeführt. Die Ausformelemente (46,47) werden gespreizt, um den Beutel (42) zu erweitern, wobei zwischen den gespreizten Ausformelementen hindurch der Beutel mit dem Schüttgut gefüllt wird. Schliesslich werden die Ausformelemente aus dem Beutel herausgezogen.
