Installation brick or block, having in particular a foamed moulding (4), in which the pipes and components (5, 6, 7) required for supplying and draining a sanitary apparatus and the fastening means necessary for attaching the sanitary apparatus are embedded. A fire-resistant compound (10) spread substantially over the entire brick area is moulded into the brick between the front and rear wall (8) and (9), respectively, so that on fitting the installation brick into a wall (3), said wall complies immediately with the fire grading required by the building regulations. Abstract (de)
Installationsbaustein oder -block mit einem insbesondere geschäumten Formkörper (4), in den die zur Ver- und Entsorgung eines Sanitärapparates erforderlichen Leitungen und Bauteile (5,6,7) sowie die zur Anbringung des Sanitärapparates notwendigen Befestigungsmittel eingelagert sind. In den Baustein ist zwischen Vorder- und Rückwand (8) bzw. (9) eine im wesentlichen über die gesamte Bausteinfläche ausgebreitete Brandschutzmasse (10) eingeformt, so daß bei Einbau des Installationsbausteins in eine Wand (3) diese unmittelbar der durch die Bauvorschriften geforderten Feuerwiderstandsklasse entspricht.
