The invention proposes a hydraulic control device (10) for load pressure-compensated control with maximum flow limitation adjustable independently thereof, in which two of the three restricting functions required are grouped together on the spool (17) of the directional control valve (12). For this purpose, the directional control valve (12) has a control collar (48) on which are formed at least one first control edge (51), which assumes the measuring restrictor function, and in addition an oblique, third control edge (55), which assumes the limitation of the maximum flow. The volume flow can be adjusted in the end position of the spool (17) by rotating the said spool, which otherwise moves lengthwise, the fine control properties being operative over a large stroke range. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Es wird eine hydraulische Steuereinrichtung (10) zur lastdruckkompensierten Steuerung mit einer davon unabhängig verstellbaren Maximalstrombegrenzung vorgeschlagen, bei der zwei der drei erforderlichen Drosselfunktionen am Steuerschieber (17) des Wegeventils (12) zusammengefaßt sind. Das Wegeventil (12) weist dazu einen Steuerbund (48) auf, an dem wenigstens eine die Meßdrosselfunktion übernehmende erste Steuerkante (51) und zusätzlich eine die Maximalstrombegrenzung übernehmende, schräge, dritte Steuerkante (55) ausgebildet sind. Durch Verdrehen des ansonsten längsbeweglichen Steuerschiebers (17) läßt sich in dessen Endstellung der Volumenstrom einstellen, wobei die Feinsteuereigenschaften über einen großen Hubbereich wirksam sind.
