Abstract (en)
In order to create a cup-shaped tappet body (10) for valve tappets, comprising a cylindrical guide body (12), a tappet top (14) and an element (36) supported by the tappet top and holding a valve rest, which can be manufactured in as simple a manner as possible from wear-resistant materials and is hence favourable in terms of cost whilst having good wear properties, it is proposed that the guide body (12) and the tappet top (14) are manufactured in a joined-together form by casting and that the element (36) holding the valve rest is joined integrally to the tappet top (14) and/or the guide body (12). <IMAGE>

Um einen Tassenstößelkörper (10) für Ventilstößel, umfassend einen zylindrischen Führungskörper (12), einen Stößelboden (14) und ein vom Stößelboden getragenes, eine Ventilauflage haltendes Element (36), zu schaffen, der sich auf möglichst einfache Weise aus verschleißfesten Materialien herstellen läßt und daher bei guten Verschleißeigenschaften kostengünstig ist, wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Führungskörper (12) und der Stößelboden (14) gießtechnisch verbunden hergestellt sind und daß das die Ventilauflage haltende Element (36) einstückig mit dem Stößelboden (14) und/oder dem Führungskörper (12) verbunden ist.
