An electromagnetic positioning device operating according to the principle of the spring-mass oscillator system (9,10,6,8) with one electromagnet (1,2) in each case in the limit positions of the movement, in particular for actuating control valves and for restricter-free load control in high-speed internal combustion engines, is equipped with a permanent magnet (5) associated with the closed position of the positioning device in order to ensure operation of the internal combustion engine during short control times and to ensure a defined limit position when the positioning device is switched off or has failed. The magnet (2) which is associated with the open position of the valve is constructed as a pure electromagnet. In addition, the coils (3,4) of both magnets are connected in parallel in order thus to halve the drive outlay and the number of feed lines. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine elektromagnetisch arbeitende Stelleinrichtung nach dem Prinzip des Feder-Masse-Schwingers (9, 10, 6, 8) mit je einem Elektromagneten (1, 2) in den Endlagen der Bewegung, insbesondere zur Betätigung von Steuerventilen und zur drosselfreien Laststeuerung in schnellaufenden Brennkraftmaschinen, wird zur Gewährleistung eines Betriebes der Brennkraftmaschine bei kurzen Steuerzeiten und zur Sicherstellung einer definierten Endlage bei Stillegung oder Ausfall der Stelleinrichtung mit einem der Schließt-Position der Stelleinrichtung zugeordneten Permanentmagneten (5) ausgestattet. Der der Öffnet-Position des Ventils zugeordnete Magnet (2) ist als reiner Elektromagnet ausgebildet. Weiterhin können die Spulen (3, 4) beider Magnete parallelgeschaltet werden, um damit den Ansteuerungsaufwand und die Zahl der Zuleitungen zu halbieren.
