A threshold for a housedoor, the upper side (2) of which threshold has on the outside a low-lying drip stone (3), a run-off surface rising from the drip stone (3) towards a water channel (4), a threshold edge (6) located above the water channel (4) and an elevated inside edge (7). In order to simplify mounting of the vertical door frame uprights on the housedoor threshold, the run-off surface is divided into a partial surface (5a) which is slightly inclined and starts from the water channel (4) and a more inclined partial surface (5b) leading towards the drip stone (3), said more inclined partial surface (5b) lying in the same inclined plane (9) as the surface (8) extending from the inner edge (7) to the threshold edge (6). <IMAGE>

Haustür-Schwellenprofil, dessen Oberseite (2) außenseitig eine niedrig liegende Abtropfkante (3), eine von der Abtropfkante (3) zu einer Wasserkehle (4) hin steigende Ablauffläche, eine oberhalb der Wasserkehle (4) befindliche Schwellenkante (6) sowie eine hochliegenden Innenkante (7) aufweist. Um das Aufsetzen der vertikalen Blendrahmenpfosten auf das Haustür-Schwellenprofil zu vereinfachen, ist die Ablauffläche unterteilt in eine von der Wasserkehle (4) ausgehende, schwach geneigte Teilfläche (5a) und eine zur Abtropfkante (3) führende, stärker geneigte Teilfläche (5b), wobei diese stärker geneigte Teilfläche (5b) in einer gleichen, geneigten Ebene (9) liegt wie die von der Innenkante (7) zur Schwellenkante (6) sich erstreckende Fläche (8). <IMAGE>
