The seat (3) connected pivotably to the supporting frame (2) is guided in longitudinally displaceable bearings (40) arranged on both sides. Es handelt sich um einen Rollstuhl mit einem fahrbaren Untersatz (1), der ein neigungsverstellbares Stützgestell (2) mit angelenktem Sitz (3) und schwenkbeweglich mit dem Sitz (3) sowie dem Stützgestell (2) verbundener Rückenlehne (4) trägt. Der schwenkbar mit dem Stützgestell (2) verbundene Sitz (3) ist in beidseitig angeordneten längsverschiebbaren Lagern (40) geführt. An diesen Lagern (40) ist jeweils eine Halte- oder Koppelstange (37) gelenkig befestigt, deren anderes Ende gelenkig und mit Abstand zur Anlenkstelle (30) des Sitzes (3) mit dem Stützgestell (2) verbunden ist. Zur Verschiebung der Lager (40) greift an diesen ein Stellelement (43), z.B. eine Gewindespindel, an. Durch die motorische oder von Hand vorgenommene Verschiebung der Lager (40) über das Stellelement (43) wird eine stufenlose Neigungsverstellung des Sitzes (3) und der Rückenlehne (4) in die jeweils gewünschte Position herbeigeführt, z.B. eine Sitzstellung mit beliebigem Winkel zwischen Sitz (3) und Rückenlehne (4), die gestreckte Stellung (Liege) oder eine überstreckte Stellung (Synchronliege).
