The filling device is intended for dosing liquid to slightly pasty filling material into small-sized buckets (18) moulded on a foil line and arranged in a tightly-fitting grid arrangement, and comprises a valve block (2) arranged over the continuous line of the foil strip (19) and having an arrangement of filling nozzles (17) corresponding to the grid arrangement of the buckets (18) and having a filling material collecting vessel (1) connected to the filling nozzles (17). In order to be able to dose filling material of this type with a high degree of filling accuracy in the narrowest space and with the lowest possible expenditure on equipment, the filling device according to the invention is designed in such a manner that the filling material collecting vessel (1) provided with a filling material feed connection (8) is arranged directly on the valve block (2) which forms the base of the collecting vessel (1), in which a pneumatically or electromechanically operated control slide (5) provided with passages (4) for the filling material is mounted for the at least one row of (3) filling nozzles. In the collecting vessel (1) there is provided a level probe (6) which is connected via a control unit (7) to the filling material feed pump (9) arranged on the filling material feed connection (8). <IMAGE>

Die Füllvorrichtung ist zum Eindosieren von flüssigem bis leicht pastösem Füllgut in an einem Folienstrang eingeformte, in dichter Rasteranordnung angeordnete Becher (18) mit kleinen Abmessungen bestimmt und besteht aus einem über der Durchlaufstrecke des Folienbandes (19) angeordneten Ventilblock (2) mit der Rasteranordnung der Becher (18) entsprechender Anordnung von Füllmundstücken (17) und mit einem mit den Füllmundstücken (17) in Verbindung stehenden Füllgutvorratsbehälter (1). Um bei hoher Füllgenauigkeit auf engstem Raum und mit geringstmöglichem apparativen Aufwand derartiges Füllgut eindosieren zu können, ist die Füllvorrichtung nach der Erfindung derart ausgebildet, daß der mit Füllgutzufuhranschluß (8) versehene Füllgutvorratsbehälter (1) unmittelbar auf dem Ventilblock (2), der den Boden des Vorratsbehälters (1) bildet, angeordnet ist, in dem für die mindestens eine Füllmundstücksreihe (3) ein pneumatisch oder elektromechanisch betätigbarer, mit Füllgutdurchlässen (4) versehener Steuerschieber (5) gelagert ist. Im Vorratsbehälter (1) ist dabei eine Füllstandssonde (6) vorgesehen, die über einen Regeler (7) mit der am Füllgutzufuhranschluß (8) angeordneten Füllgutzufuhrpumpe (9) verbunden ist.
