The plastic window or door has an outer frame (1) or a wing frame (2), of which at least one frame is equipped with a decorative strip (8, 9, 20). Said decorative strip has an angular or U-shaped cross-section and is secured on the frame profile by means of an adhesive. The decorative strips can contrast in colour with the frame profiles or have colour coats moulded in by extrusion. <IMAGE>

Das Kunststoffenster oder die Kunststofftür weisen einen Blend- (1) oder einen Flügelrahmen (2) auf, von denen mindestens ein Rahmen mit einer Zierlieste (8,9,20) ausgerüstet ist. Diese Zierleiste ist im Querschnitt winkel- oder U-förmig ausgebildet und wird mittels eines Klebers an dem Rahmenprofil festgelegt. Die Zierleisten können sich farbig von den Rahmenprofilen abheben oder weisen einextrudierte Farbschichten auf.
