Abstract (en)
The invention relates to an air siphon of the type comprising a cylindrical porous body (2) made from terra cotta in which is provided a longitudinal principal channel (3) emerging at the end faces (4, 5) of the said porous body (2). In addition it comprises a secondary conduit (13) emerging via a first orifice (21) in the vicinity of one end face (4) of the said porous body (2) and emerging via a second orifice (14) in the portion of the principal channel (3) located in the vicinity of the other end (5) of the said porous body (2). It also comprises means (17) enabling the cross-section of the second orifice (14) to be adjusted. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne un siphon atmosphérique pour assécher un mur du type comportant un corps poreux (2) cylindrique en terre cuite dans lequel est ménagé un canal principal (3) longitudinal débouchant sur les faces d'extrémité (4,5) dudit corps poreux (2). Il comporte en plus un conduit secondaire (13) débouchant par un premier orifice (21) au voisinage d'une face d'extrémité (4) dudit corps poreux (2) et débouchant par un deuxième orifice (14) dans la partie du canal principal (3) située au voisinage de l'autre extrémité (5) dudit corps poreux (2). Il comporte en plus des moyens (17) permettant de régler la section du deuxième orifice (14).
