[origin: EP0407290A1] The invention relates to an air siphon of the type comprising a cylindrical porous body (2) made from terra cotta in which is provided a longitudinal principal channel (3) emerging at the end faces (4, 5) of the said porous body (2). In addition it comprises a secondary conduit (13) emerging via a first orifice (21) in the vicinity of one end face (4) of the said porous body (2) and emerging via a second orifice (14) in the portion of the principal channel (3) located in the vicinity of the other end (5) of the said porous body (2).
