Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0407295A1] Method for observing the execution of an application program (APP) loaded into a computer system, characterised in that: - by means of sensors 32, a process unobtrusively picks off items of data concerning the program in the course of execution (APP) and its computer operating context; - the items of data are memorised according to a pre-established grid in a state table (TE) incorporated in an observation memory (MO); - access to the state table (TE) is authorised, especially in read mode, to programs which are external to the observed program (SER). The invention also relates to an apparatus for implementing the method defined above. <IMAGE>
